Jordan and Pagani Garner All-CCAA Honors for Third Time in Their Careers
ALISO VIEJO, Calif. – The 2024 CCAA All-Conference Volleyball team was announced on Tuesday evening, as voted on by coaches throughout the conference. From Cal State East Bay, Lexi Pagani was named First Team All-CCAA and Mia Jordan was named to the Second Team.
For the second time in three years with Cal State East Bay, Pagani was named All-CCAA First Team. Averaging 3.46 kills per set, Pagani was eighth in the category among the CCAA in the regular season. Her 45 service aces was second most in the conference. She reached the top-10 in program history with kills and digs in 2024. In three seasons as a Pioneer, Pagani was named All-CCAA First Team in 2022 and 2024, and Honorable Mention in 2023.
Reaching the top-10 in program history for kills and blocks, Jordan was named to the All-CCAA Second Team for the third straight season. She had 70 total blocks in 2024 and 203 kills. She was very efficient in her offensive production at the net with a .326 attack percentage.
Jordan and Pagani, along with the rest of the Pioneers' squad will take on Stanislaus State on Thursday in the quarterfinals of the 2024 CCAA Tournament. Opening serve from Kellogg Gym in Pomona is set for 3 p.m.

- Kale’a Kuamo’o Earns Her First Career FloCollege/CCAA Volleyball Defensive Player of the Week AwardKale'a Kuamo'o from has been voted this week's FloCollege/CCAA Volleyball Defensive Player of the Week. Kuamo'o averaged a CCAA-best 4.38 digs on the weekend to help Cal State East Bay defend its home court with a pair of victories. She added five assists and two aces.
- Pioneers Outlast Stanislaus State in Five-Set ThrillerHAYWARD, Calif. – Cal State East Bay volleyball earned a thrilling five-set victory over Stanislaus State on Saturday night, taking the match 20-25, 25-21, 25-20, 14-25, 15-10. With the victory, the Pioneers evened their record at 7-7 overall and improved to 4-2 in CCAA play, while the Warriors dropped to 7-6 and 5-1 in conference.
