ALISO VIEJO, Calif. — The Cal State East Bay men's basketball team has been picked to finish sixth in the 2025–26 CCAA Preseason Coaches' Poll, as announced Thursday by the conference office. The Pioneers earned 91 points in the voting, rounding out the top half of the 12-team conference standings as they look to build on last year's promising campaign.

CHICO, Calif. — Cal State East Bay women's cross country raced to fifth-place finish at the 2025 CCAA Championships on Friday morning at Hooker Oak Park. The Pioneers compiled a team score of 154 points, narrowly edging Cal State Monterey Bay (155) in a tightly contested race.

HAYWARD, Calif. — Cal State East Bay women's soccer battled to a 1-1 draw against visiting Chico State on Sunday afternoon.  The Pioneers moved to 4-4-2 in CCAA play with the draw, equalizing on a second-half goal from Sayfurahman.

SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. — Cal State East Bay women's soccer put together one of its most complete performances of the season Friday afternoon, cruising to a 5–0 victory over San Francisco State. The Pioneers' attack was relentless from start to finish, powered by a hat trick from Mika Sayfurahman and a two-goal, one-assist outing from Morgan Pearson, while goalkeeper Natalie Hassmann recorded a seven-save shutout.

HAYWARD, Calif. - The Cal State East Bay swimming team put together a dominant all-around performance on Saturday, defeating UC Santa Cruz 172–89 in a dual meet at the Pioneer Pool.

DAVIS, Calif. — The Cal State East Bay women's swimming team turned in several standout performances Friday afternoon in a dual meet at UC Davis, as the Pioneers battled the Division I Aggies and came away with multiple top finishes despite falling 192-70 in the team scoring.

HAYWARD, Calif. — Cal State East Bay volleyball continued its strong play in conference action Saturday afternoon, sweeping Cal Poly Humboldt 25-15, 25-23, 27-25 at Pioneer Gymnasium. The victory improved the Pioneers to 13-9 overall and 10-4 in CCAA play while clinching a CCAA Tournament berth.

HAYWARD, Calif. - Cal State East Bay volleyball celebrated Halloween night in winning fashion, taking down Cal State San Marcos 3–1 (21-25, 25-18, 25-11, 25-18) on Friday evening. After dropping a tightly contested opening set, the Pioneers stormed back with a dominant stretch of play behind strong attacking and a relentless defense improve to 12-9 overall and 9-4 in the CCAA.
