- MXC: Pioneers Place 8th at Mike Johnson XC ClassicMONMOUTH, Ore. – Cal State East Bay men's cross country turned in a strong performance at the Mike Johnson XC Classic, placing eighth overall in the 13-team field. The Pioneers had great showings from its veteran leaders and a tightly packed scoring group.

- Zarate’s Brace Helps Pioneers Knock Off No. 15 Cal State LAALAMEDA, Calif. —Alejandro Zarate scored a pair of goals, including the game-winner as the Cal State East Bay men's soccer team earned a statement 3–2 victory over No. 15 Cal State LA. The victory was the first in program history over the Golden Eagles and improved the Pioneers to 4-4-3 overall and 2-1-2 in CCAA play.
- Pioneers Furious Comeback Falls Just Short at Cal State San MarcosSAN MARCOS, Calif. — Cal State East Bay men's soccer mounted an inspired second-half comeback on the road but fell just short in a 5–3 loss to Cal State San Marcos. The Pioneers found themselves trailing 4–0 before storming back with three goals in a four-minute span to pull within striking distance. The Cougars then netted a late insurance goal to preserve the win and move EB to 3-4-3 overall and 1-1-2 in CCAA play.

The Pioneers improved 5-5-2 overall and 3-1-1 in CCAA play with the victory and now sit alone in second place.

The Pioneers outpaced the competition with 972.5 total points, edging out UC Santa Cruz (954.5) and Azusa Pacific (880) to secure the win.

Women's Volleyball
- Balanced Attack Powers Pioneers Past Cal State Monterey Bay, 3–1SEASIDE, Calif. — The Cal State East Bay volleyball team delivered a strong performance Thursday night, defeating Cal State Monterey Bay 3–1 (25–16, 24–26, 25–19, 25–18) at the Otter Sports Center. The Pioneers hit an impressive .275 as a team, with three players recording double-digit points to improve to 9-8 overall and 6-3 in CCAA play.
- Pioneers Push Cal Poly Pomona to the Brink in Five-Set ThrillerHAYWARD, Calif. — Cal State East Bay went toe-to-toe with conference leader Cal Poly Pomona on Friday night at Pioneer Gymnasium, taking the match the full five sets before ultimately falling 3–2. The Pioneers fell 23–25, 26–24, 20–25, 25–21, 13–15 to snap a three match win streak and move to 8-9 overall and 5-3 in CCAA play.
