The Gators pulled away early with a seven-run third inning and never looked back. Despite a late push in the seventh by the Pioneers, San Francisco State's offense proved too much to overcome.
After San Francisco State opened the scoring with an RBI double in the first, the third inning unraveled for Cal State East Bay.
