HAYWARD, Calif. — Cal State East Bay dropped both ends of Saturday's doubleheader against Cal State San Marcos, falling 10-6 in the opener before an 8-2 decision in game two at Pioneer Field.

HAYWARD, Calif. — Cal State East Bay dropped Friday's series opener to Cal State San Marcos, 18-8, at Pioneer Field.

It's another busy week for Pioneer athletics with several teams in action across the region. Baseball returns home to host Cal State San Marcos, while softball travels to Cal State San Bernardino for a CCAA series. Both men's and women's golf will compete at the CCAA Championships in Stockton, and men's and women's track & field head to Azusa to compete as the outdoor season continues.

POMONA, Calif. — Cal State East Bay came away with a split in Saturday's doubleheader at Cal Poly Pomona, dropping the opener 7-4 before responding with a 6-4 victory in the nightcap at Scolinos Field.
