HackHayward is the first-ever hackathon at CSU East Bay, bringing together students from Computer Science, Engineering, and Business to collaborate on real-world problem-solving through technology. This hackathon provides a platform for students to learn new skills, build projects, and showcase their innovation in front of industry professionals. The event features two specialized tracks: AI & Innovation – Explore how artificial intelligence is shaping industries and solving complex challenges. Sustainability with AI – Develop AI-driven solutions to address environmental and sustainability issues. Participants will have the opportunity to compete for prizes, gain hands-on experience, and network with experts in the field.
