With this only being our third week together as a team, we have some physical and mental mistakes to clean up as we move forward. This is a close-knit group that has a lot of talent. Our challenge will be to work harder and smarter as we prepare to host the [Tim Tierney Pioneer Shootout] in less than three weeks."

Cal State East Bay will now turn its focus to hosting the Tim Tierney Pioneer Shootout, scheduled for February 24-25 at Corica Park in Alameda, California.
