HAYWARD, Calif. — Cal State East Bay Athletics is thrilled to announce the inaugural Pioneer Basketball Festival, a spooktacular event combining basketball, fun, and festivities for all ages! Join us on Wednesday, October 30 at Pioneer Gymnasium from 6 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. to celebrate the start of the 2024-25 basketball season.

- Pioneer Men's Basketball Drops Exhibition Game at San Jose State, 75-61SAN JOSE, Calif. - The Cal State East Bay men's basketball team had an opportunity to get ready for the 2024-25 campaign with an exhibition game against San Jose State on Tuesday evening at the Provident Credit Union Event Center. Despite a valiant effort, the Pioneers fell to the Spartans 75-61.
- Class of 2024 Inducted into Pioneers Hall of FameHAYWARD, Calif. – On Saturday evening on the campus of Cal State East Bay, four individuals and a softball team were inducted into the Pioneers Hall of Fame. The Class of 2024 includes the 1999-2000 Softball Teams, Lorenzo Hall (Men's Basketball), Dorie Krepton (Gymnastics), Bob Olsen (Men's Track & Field) and Kulwant Singh (Men's and Women's Soccer).
