The Intergroup Training of faculty and staff will center around social justice education, to blend theory and experiential learning in order to facilitate students' learning about social group identity, social inequality, and intergroup relations. The training will prepare faculty and staff to better prepare students to live and work in a diverse world and educate them in making choices that advance equity and justice.
