MEET RECAP: Pioneer Women's Track & Field at Sacramento State Invitational
SACRAMENTO, Calif. - On Saturday, two jumpers from Cal State East Bay women's track & field competed in the Sacramento State Invitational, each achieving personal bests as members of the Pioneers.
- Annah-Bryce Wright achieved a personal best mark in the long jump of 5.26 meters, placing eighth in the event.
- Also with a personal best since joining the Pioneers was Sheelah Carey, reaching 4.96 meters.
There are two meets next in which Cal State East Bay student-athletes are expected to be entered in. Select athletes will compete in the Bryan Clay Invitational, which takes place from April 11-13, while others will be entered in the Chuck Buettner Twilight on April 13. Entries specific to each meet will be announced closer to the start of each meet.
