DAY THREE RECAP: Pioneer Women's Swimming at PCSC Championships
MONTEREY PARK, Calif. – The third day of the 2024 PCSC Championships took place Friday at East Los Angeles College Swim Stadium. There were multiple second place finishes for Cal State East Bay women's swimming.

NOTABLE PERFORMANCES |
- In the 200 yard freestyle, Brooklyn Dressel reached an NCAA 'B' Standard time of one minute, 52.46 seconds.
- Placing second in the 100 yard breaststroke was Delaney Carlson with a time of 1:04.98.
- Reese Veron placed second in the 100 yard butterfly in 56.93 seconds.
- A third place finish in the 400 yard individual medley by Kylie Beaudet was in 4:25.47, which was an NCAA 'B' Standard.
- Placing second in the 400 yard medley relay was the Pioneer team of Taylor Kolsch, Carlson, Tehani Kong and Dressel with a time of 3:49.02.

The final day of the 2024 PCSC Championships is set for Saturday from ELAC Swim Stadium. Scheduled events featuring swimmers from Cal State East Bay include the 1,650 yard freestyle, 200 yard backstroke, 100 yard freestyle, 200 yard breaststroke, 200 yard butterfly and the final women's swimming event of the meet, the 400 yard freestyle relay.
