SWIMMERS FROM CAL STATE EAST BAY WHO ARE APPEARING IN THE NCAA CHAMPIONSHIPS

Kylie Beaudet

Beaudet will be competing in the 200 and 400 yard individual medley as well as being invited to enter in the 200 yard breaststroke. Beaudet qualified for the 200 and 400 yard IM in the 2023 NCAA Division II Championships, so the upcoming postseason meet is familiar territory.

Lily Caraway

Caraway will compete on the 200 yard freestyle relay team for East Bay.

Delaney Carlson

Carlson will be making her fourth appearance in an NCAA Swimming & Diving Championships meet as a Pioneer as she will be on the 200 and 400 yard freestyle relay teams.

Brooklyn Dressel
Dressel was selected to compete in the 100 yard freestyle and 50 yard freestyle. At the PCSC Championships, she won the 100 yard freestyle in 49.82 seconds. Dressel will also lead off both the 200 and 400 yard relay for East Bay. This will be Dressel's fourth trip to the NCAA Championships.

Alexia Fajardo
It only took one season for Fajardo to qualify for an NCAA Championship meet. She will be entered in the 100 and 200 yard butterfly. She won the 100-yard butterfly at the PCSC Championships in 55.32 seconds. Fajardo is also on the 400 yard freestyle relay team for the Pioneers.

Tehani Kong
Kong has qualified for the 100 and 200 yard butterfly as well in addition to being invited for the 50 yard freestyle. In 2024, she placed eighth in the nation for the 100 yard butterfly in 54.33 seconds. Kong also will appear on both freestyle relay teams for the Pioneers.
