84 Pioneers Receive D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award
CLEVELAND – On Thursday, the Division 2 Athletics Directors Association (D2 ADA) announced its 2022-23 recipients of the D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award. From Cal State East Bay, 84 student-athletes received the award.
To qualify, the institution's Athletic Director must be a dues-paying member of D2 ADA. Additionally, the student-athlete must meet the following criteria:
- Have a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
- Attended a minimum of two years (four semesters) of college level work.
- Have been an active member of an intercollegiate team during his/her last academic year.

- Lima Pardina Leads Pioneers at SF State InvitationalSAN FRANCISCO - On Friday, the final meet of the 2023 regular season for the Cal State East Bay women's cross country team took place at Golden Gate Park. In the women's 6k of the SF State Invitational, the Pioneers finished eighth among 15 teams (seventh of 12 NCAA Division II teams). Leading the Pioneers on Friday was Kimberly Lima Pardina, who finished 11th overall.
