Pioneer Preview: February 5-11
Baseball and softball completed their first weekends of the 2025 season. Softball 's home opening doubleheader takes place Friday in Hayward, and Baseball will play home games on Friday and Sunday.
The final regular season stretch for the Pioneer basketball teams takes place this week with a pair of road games as they each chase a spot to reach the CCAA Tournament.

The Pioneers are 5-0, winning all of their games in the Concordia Kickoff Classic over the weekend, starting with a win over No. 2 Western Washington last Friday to start the season. Marissa Farias, Marissa Quintero and Ashlee Toy were named to the All-Tournament Team. Friday's upcoming doubleheader will be the season opener for the softball team. ART U takes on Sonoma State on Wednesday before Friday's matchup with the Pioneers.

After dropping their first three games, the Pioneers finished the season-opening series with a 7-2 win that was highlighted by a grand slam from Jacob Klinovsky. The upcoming series with the Oaks is includes the first and last game of the series in Hayward with Saturday's game on the road at Menlo.
