Pioneer Baseball Drops Season Finale 2-0 to CSUMB
SEASIDE, Calif. – Cal State East Bay baseball played its final game of the season against Cal State Monterey Bay in Seaside on Saturday after a rain delay. The Otters defeated the Pioneers 2-0 to sweep the four-game series. .

After 7 1/2 scoreless innings, the Otters scored their only two runs of the ballgame in the bottom of the eighth inning off back-to-back RBI doubles.
The Pioneers had runners in scoring position in the sixth and the ninth inning but were unable to score a run. CSUMB finished with a 2-0 shutout.
