ALAMEDA, Calif. – The 2026 Tim Tierney Pioneer Shootout wrapped up Tuesday from Corica Park. The host team, Cal State East Bay women's golf, finished in an eighth place tie on the team leaderboard among 19 competing in the 36-hole, par 72 tournament over two days.

This coming week of action for the Pioneers includes a pair of road games for each basketball team, a two-day home series for baseball, hosting a tournament for women's golf, men's golf starting its spring schedule in Stockton and the first meet of 2026 for both Pioneer track & field teams.

DOWNEY, Calif. - On Monday and Tuesday, Cal State East Bay women's golf competed in the LA Spring Kickoff to start the 2026 spring circuit. As the Pioneers placed fourth in the team standings at Rio Hondo Golf Club, Carlota Eroles finished tied for fourth on the individial leaderboard.

The spring sports season is officially underway Friday when baseball and softball take to the diamond, and women's golf resuming action on Monday. Also, both basketball teams are in action on the road for a set of games in Southern California this week.
