SEASIDE, Calif. - The Cal State East Bay men's basketball team spicked up a hard-fought 78-76 victory against Cal State Monterey Bay on Saturday afternoon at The Kelp Bed. The Pioneers withstood a late surge from the Otters to claim their seventh conference win of the season.
