GREENSBORO, N.C. - The American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) announced its regional recipients for the ABCA/Rawlings NCAA Division II All-Region Teams for 2025. Named to the Second Team for the West Region was Cal State East Bay pitcher Max Gonzales, who now has four postseason honors for his outstanding season on the mound for the Pioneers.

POMONA, Calif. - The 2025 D2 CCA Baseball honors for the West Region were announced on Monday. From Cal State East Bay, Max Gonzales added another postseason honor to his 2025 collection being named D2 CCA All-West Region Baseball First Team.

NAMPA, Idaho - The National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association (NCBWA) announced its 2025 NCAA Division II West All-Region Teams on Friday. From Cal State East Bay, Max Gonzales and Camron Grant were named to the NCBWA West All-Region Second Team.

ALISO VIEJO, Calif. - The 2025 All-CCAA Baseball teams were announced Monday the conference. Six Pioneers received postseason recognition. Max Gonzales and Camron Grant were named to the All-CCAA First Team, Aidan Morton and Gabe Tanner were named to the Second Team, and Luke Brown and Jaylen Hodges were named All-CCAA Honorable Mention.

On Sunday evening inside Pioneer Gymnasium, Cal State East Bay hosted its Pioneer Athletic Awards Banquet, for the first time named 'The Pios'. Student-athletes from Cal State East Bay were honored for athletic, academic and community impact. Men's soccer goalkeeper and 2024-25 SAAC President Kelekolio Mateo Jr. was the emcee for the special event.

HAYWARD, Calif. — Behind an outtsanding performance on the mound from senior Gabe Tanner and timely hitting from the heart of the lineup, Cal State East Bay capped its 2025 baseball season with a 4-1 win over Cal Poly Pomona on Saturday afternoon at Pioneer Baseball Field. Pior to the game, the Pioneers celebrated Senior Day honoring 23 members of the team before their final game in a Cal State East Bay uniform.
