Pioneer Softball Sweeps Series at CSUDH to Continue Historic Start
Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 CARSON, Calif. - The No. 20 Cal State East Bay softball team has started 2025 overall at 16-1, one of the best records to start a season in program history, after sweeping No. 24 Cal State Dominguez Hills on Saturday for a doubleheader. The Pioneers took game one, 7-4, then followed the early win with a 5-2 victory to complete a four-game CCAA sweep of the Toros.

Next up for the Pioneers is a non-conference doubleheader next Wednesday, March 5 when they host Dominican (Calif.) from Pioneer Softball Field. Game one is set for noon, followed by game two at 2 p.m.
