DAY TWO RECAP: Women’s Golf at 2025 NCAA Division II Championships
BOULDER CITY, Nev. – The second round of the 2025 NCAA Division II Women's Golf Championships teed off Wednesday from Boulder Creek Golf Club. Cal State East Bay women's golf dropped several positions for team scoring through the second round, as the Pioneers are tied for eighth.
- Carlota Eroles had the best individual score for the Pioneers at 70 that included five birdies in the round as she sits tied for 21st on the leaderboard at +1 (144)
- Also tied for 21st among the Pioneers after 36 holes are Torrie Bowman and Sophia Tejeda.
- There is a three-way tie for eighth place between the Cal State, Central Missouri and Henderson State, but Henderson State currently holds the tiebreaker with the lowest score among the three teams in the second round. The top eight teams after 54 holes advance to match medal play.
Cal State San Marcos currently holds the top spot for team scoring and CSUSM's Madison Murr sits atop the leaderboard at 11-under-par 133 heading into Thursday's final round of stroke play.
The first tee time for the final round of stroke play at the NCAA Division II Women's Golf Championships is scheduled for 7:30 a.m. from Boulder Creek Golf Club on Thursday. Cal State East Bay's first tee time is set for 9:10 a.m. (Jasmin Krishna).
