- Jan 149:00 AMRestorative Justice TrainingThis training is open to Cal State East Bay staff, faculty and administrators whose work includes conflict at the interpersonal, intrapersonal or systemic level. Participants will learn the basics of restorative practices concepts and principles with the goal of being able to: - Describe how restorative practices can improve leadership and interpersonal influence; - Reflect on their own professional practice and contribution toward a relational culture, identify areas for improvement; - Reflect on how restorative practices impacts well-being and campus culture at the intrapersonal, interpersonal, and systemic level; and - Demonstrate the restorative practices continuum.
