MEET RECAP: Pioneer Women’s Track & Field at Mike Fanelli Track Classic

HAYWARD, Calif. – On Friday and Saturday, Cal State East Bay women's track & field competed in several events at Chabot College Track in the Mike Fanelli Track Classic. Below are some of the highlights for the Pioneers throughout the meet.

Tylar Gallien placed 15^th overall in the 100 meters with a time of 13.32 seconds.
A personal best in the 5,000 meters was achieved by Madison Gomez – 18:09.21.
The relay team of Rymiyah Hamilton, Maleah Taylor, Sheelah Carey and Annah-Bryce Wright place fifth in the 4x100 meter relay.
In the Distance Medley Relay, the team of Gomez, Ashley Trout, Jenna Rodriguez and Kimberly Lima Pardina placed ninth.

The Pioneers return to action on Saturday, April 6 in the Sacramento State Invite, taking place at Hornet Stadium.
