Zarate Garners All-Region Honors Through United Soccer Coaches
KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Add a fifth postseason award to Alejandro Zarate's collection. The midfielder from Cal State East Bay was named United Soccer Coaches All-West Region Second Team this week. Three organizations - CCAA, D2CCA and United Soccer Coaches have honored him with a combined five postseason awards.

COLUMBUS, Ohio - The D2 Conference Commissioners Association (D2CCA) announced its 2025 All-America Men's Soccer selections on Tuesday afternoon. From Cal State East Bay, Alejandro Zarate was named to the Second Team after an outstanding season on the pitch. He reached the All-America ballot after being named to the D2 CCA All-West Region First Team in November.

Pioneers Season Ends with Semifinal Loss to Stanislaus State
SEASIDE, Calif. — Cal State East Bay put together one of its most determined performances of the season in Friday morning's CCAA Tournament semifinal, out-shooting No. 3 team in the country Stanislaus State.
